Child Source offers shipping anywhere in the United States, however orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. We are able to ship via FedEx Ground, LTL, or truckload carriers, depending on customers’ preferences. We are also able to ship using customers’ pre-existing shipping accounts including UPS, DHL, or other freight services. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. We do not currently offer shipping to Canada or any locations outside the United States (excluding APO/FPO addresses).
We are committed to providing effi cient and reliable shipping for all our orders. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your order's destination and size.

Fast, Reliable Shipping
Most orders ship within one business day of payment or valid PO (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll be able to monitor the status of your shipment with a tracking number.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for all online orders. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is new, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging with all tags and materials intact.
- The item has not been assembled
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges back to Child Source.
Please contact our customer service center to obtain a return authorization number and initiate a return. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation for your return shipment, as we are only liable for returned packages once they are confirmed to be in our possession.

Ensure the item is new, unused, and packed with all original tags and materials.

Ship the item
Return the item back using a carrier of your choice, keeping the tracking and delivery confirmation for your records.
Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets our return policy, we will process a full refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

Exclusions
- Used or assembled items cannot be returned.
- Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines - including a return authorization number and a tracking number - will not be refunded.
