What is your shipping policy?

Child Source offers shipping anywhere in the United States, however orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. We are able to ship via FedEx Ground, LTL, or truckload carriers, depending on customers’ preferences. We are also able to ship using customers’ pre-existing shipping accounts including UPS, DHL, or other freight services. We do not currently offer shipping to Canada or any locations outside the United States (excluding APO/FPO addresses ).

What is your return policy?

Child Source will accept returns of any unopened, unused item within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges that apply with the return.

How quickly do you process orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment or a valid purchase order. Our team will contact you with any backorder information or expected shipping delay. We strive to handle all orders swiftly to meet your needs effectively.

How do you define a bulk order?

Bulk orders are defined as any order over 100 units or any order requiring special delivery arrangements, such as shipping with an appointment or to multiple addresses. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs and receive a customized quote.

Do your products come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes. As an authorized distributor, all products purchased through Child Source come with the manufacturer’s warranty to ensure quality and authenticity.
