365 Day Return Program

At Child Source, we understand that some items purchased from us may not be needed or even looked at for months after you receive them, so we offer the longest return policy in our industry. You can return your purchase to Child Source at the address below, using your carrier of choice, for a full refund within 365 days of the purchase date as long as your item is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and materials.

You need to contact us either by phone at toll free 855-244-5376 or info@child-source.com to get a return number, which needs to be included with the returned merchandise, and send the items to:

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as Child Source is not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession.

Upon receipt, we will inspect your return to insure that it is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and materials. When this is verified we will issue a refund for the full purchase price via the form of payment used in the original purchase. This process can take up to 2 weeks after we receive your return.

Any returns received that are not new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and materials will be held until you send us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to you, or agree to reduce your refund by the assigned restocking fee, which can be up to 80% of the purchase price depending on the condition of the return received.
