| Oatmeal, like any Good Scot! We grow up

| | Oatmeal (Quick-cooking Rolled Oats)1 Cup

| eating tons and tons of Porridge, and

| | Flour (Regular, Barley or Whole Wheat...
|
| then anything else with lots of Oatmeal

| | I use the Barley Flour all the time,

| in it. Oatmeal is like Soul Food for the
| |
| | now.)1 Cup Bran Flakes1/2 - 3/4 Cup Brown
|
| Scots! After my Second Child (Aidan) was
| |
| | Sugar (Start with 3/4 cup of Brown Sugar,
|
| about Two, and I still hadn't lost that
| |
| | and gradually use less...)1 - 2 tbsp.

| 'Baby Weight' -- not all of it, since
| |
| | Cinnamon3/4 to 1 Cup Butter, melted or
|
| there was a fair bit to lose... Anyway, I
| |
| | soft (I always pop it into the microwave

| to lose a fair bit of weight. I lost well

| | with Psyllium at Walmart, and now my

| over 30 pounds on this 'Scottish Diet',

| | favorite breakfast is Special K sprinkled

| but some of it snuck back on, so now I'm

| | with the All Bran with Psyllium, topped
|
| back at it. Good thing I love it so very
| |
| | with a lot of Blueberries. Yum! It's sooo
|
| much!If you want to lose 20 pounds or

| | crunchy and delicious... really!And then

| more, have the Apple Crumble for One for

| | I've started to occasionally sprinkle the

| Breakfast, Snacks, and Lunch. When you
